Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product or service has not been activated.
For SaaS products, once the product is activated, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at css@mishalco.com with your order details.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the original transaction date.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product or service was not delivered as described.
- Technical issues prevented activation or usage.
- Duplicate payment was made due to a system error.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- SaaS products once activated.
- Customized or personalized services.
- Services already rendered or partially consumed.
